This is my favorite book in the world. The way it is written makes it so easy to follow the writers line of thinking. It touches my heart and soul. It made me laugh and cry, which so few writers can do. If anyone has had a loved one that has depression these poems will help you to understand a little bit more.You feel the sorrow and the joy. I love it.
She draws a picture of the emotional dark sides of life woven together with moments of love and clarity. I truly enjoyed reading each of the poems and I understood where they came from and I was proud of her willingness to share these with us.
